Chapters may concentrate
on any country, region, or time period from 1945 to present. Monarchy should be
interpreted broadly, to include individual other members of royal families. The
primary focus should be on the role or impact of the monarchy on foreign or
international, as opposed to domestic, affairs (i.e. the Gulf monarchies are
pioneers in sustainable development and renewable energy).
